  1. Will I have to pay up-front when I see the counsellor?
     No. The Plan covers the cost of the services to the counsellor. The counsellor bills OHI Ontario directly.
  2. What are the qualifications of the counsellors?
     All counsellors have at minimum a Masters degree in the counselling field and most have more than 10 years experience.
  3. Where can I see the Counsellor?
     OHI Ontario has counsellors across the province, and will connect you to someone who is close to where you live or work.
  4. Will my employer or the Union know I am using the Member & Family Assistance Plan?
     No. The Member and Family Assistance Plan is a confidential service.
